Workshop/Class/Trip descriptions

Friday 11am – Visioning for Life – Your Highest Self Is Hidden Treasure – John Lusk – A meditative workshop focused on revealing you at your best.

  • For 3-15 people of any age who want more life today and from now on
  • Who can sit quietly for up to an hour of meditation.
  • This workshop lasts up to 4 hours with 1 break, depending on questions
  • Regularly $100.00 per person. At Pan-Pagan Gathering: Love Offering
  • Require indoor space with chairs
  • In a quiet room, no equipment required. Otherwise I will need to use a microphone and speaker. 1 table for sign in, candle, chime, and sacred setting (altar).
  • “Without a vision, the people perish” Proverbs 29:1 Visioning is self-contemplation at the level of infinite possibility. It involves our whole spirit/mind/body self to reveal us at our spiritual DNA level. We get to know who we are and what we can be.
  • We will discuss the importance of self-knowing at the visceral level before deciding what we want. We will look at the difference between visioning and visualization as we learn that we are always at choice. We will sit in a 40-50-minute visioning meditation and then journal what we found. Finally we will discuss next steps to manifest our highest vision.

“First you ask definitely for direction, then it will enter your consciousness as a definite thought; then in your turn you give it back the thought and it will give you back the thing. It answers every question, solves every problem; it is the solution to every difficulty.” Ernest Holmes

Friday 4pm – Candle workshop, making votives – Anja – Ancient Light, classroom – 7 people max – $3 – We use a ton of candles in the Craft. Have you ever gotten cranky over the prices that are being charged for them? Or the amount of chemical fragrance that makes you sneeze or sick to your stomach? Cleansing practices in the Craft may be the most used of any! There are many difficult rituals for this, but what can you do quickly and easily even if you’re very new to these ideas. You may know all these and use them, but do you know how to pass them on to someone who is panicking?

Hope to see you all soon.

Sunday, 10am – Our Woods:  Mushrooms and More, A Guided Walk – Nina

I grew up with mushroom hunting and most of the mushrooms I knew from Germany and Switzerland are also around here. To be in the woods, active, with all our senses and to find some food seems to me the best way of living. So far I just showed my husband how to identify edible mushrooms and to recognize other plants and animals in the woods.(like scat and tracks).  Also I know plenty of recipes for preparing and cooking mushrooms. It seems logical to me to speak about the whole circle.  Still connected with my passion as a nurse for 20 years, I also can speak about dangerous and/or risky situations in the woods.
